SOLD!
Over the past year (on and off), Rob and I discussed the possbilility of moving. Once Rob landed his new job this fall (another blog post) we knew it would be hard for him to continue his hour commute every day. In the beginning of February, we fell hard in love with a home about 25 minutes away from the Jewel home. Taking a leap of faith, we put in an offer without even listing the Jewel home. We knew we didn't want to miss out on the gem we toured. Very shortly after we put in an offer, we put our house on the market. Within 24 hours we had our first offer! However, after countering a few times back and forth, the offer didn't work out. Ten days later, we received another offer and the Jewel home was now S.O.L.D.!!!
We are back!
